Drawing is art of depicting what we see or what we think or what our intension. We express our thought through a portrait or through an abstract thing or through symbol. But there is a reason behind in every printing. People draw picture using charcoal, water color, oil color, pen and pencil etc. it depends on the painter. It doesn’t represent different thing based on the things are used to paint. Theme of painting depends on the thought or reason behind the picture not on the option or things used to paint.

Naturally people start drawing using pencil. They might use different color pencil to describe or depict different things. Most of times people use pencil to draw a portrait of a person. Sometimes people try to put a gloomy environment using black and white effect or try to put a serious environment using black and white. For attainting that purpose they spontaneously use pencil. They could use water or oil color also. But pencil always put some extra effect on any picture. With the sharp tip of pencil painter can easily mention minuscule things of a picture. Pencil drawing always has great value in the field of hand drawing.

There are some disadvantages also in using pencil color to draw a picture. It’s easy to make different color or to modify color your desired color using water or oil color. But it is not possible to such thing using pencil. In pencil drawing you will have freedom to use only the given color. You can’t make your own color as you wish. Hand drawing is advised to draw using pencil in school or in early level of practice. There are few reasons behind that. First pencil is easy to grasp and draw according to instructions. It gives fair trace on the drawing sheets. Colors are given so there is complexity in making your own color. It’s easy to draw lines and corners using pencil.
